What we go through on the call
It isn't a recorded presentation or a generic tour of menus. It's twenty minutes with the platform open and the way you work leading it.
How you deliver and how you get paid today
We start by asking: whether you charge by transfer, in cash or in instalments, and how you send the photos to your client. Without that, what follows would be a demo for anybody.
The gallery, from both sides
We upload a session and open it the way your client sees it on a phone: the watermark with the studio's name, the favorites selection, and what comes back to your panel.
The download code and the balance
How delivery of the originals sits behind a code you only generate once you consider the payment confirmed, and how that session ends up logged with what you've collected and what's outstanding.
Your questions, and what Nayra still doesn't do
The end is yours. If something you need is on the list of what's on the way, we tell you on the call and not after you've paid for a plan.

Before you book
If one of these was your question, here's the answer and you save yourself the call.
- Do I have to create an account first?
- No. If you don't have an account, we work on ours. If you already do, even better: we go into your galleries and look at your real case, which is when the call really pays off.
- Does it work if I charge by transfer, in cash or in partial payments?
- Yes, and it's a good part of what we'll be looking at. The money doesn't pass through Nayra: you get paid the way you already do, and what Nayra gives you is control over when the session is delivered and a running count of what's still owed.
- Can I bring someone else along?
- Yes. Forward the video call link to your partner, to whoever edits with you or to whoever keeps the studio's books. No need to tell us.
- What if my question is about pricing or billing?
- We'll answer that too, though the most common questions about charges, currency and cancellation are already answered in writing on the pricing page.
- Are you going to call me on the phone afterwards?
- No. Nayra doesn't make sales calls and doesn't ask for your number. After the demo you'll only get an email reply if you write to us first.
What won't happen
It isn't a sales pitch
Twenty minutes are twenty minutes. If your question is answered in five, we hang up in five and give you the rest of your morning back.
We don't ask you for a card
The demo creates no account and no subscription. If you decide to try Nayra afterwards, the Estudio trial doesn't ask for a card either.
We don't chase you afterwards
There's no follow-up email sequence and no reminder calls. If you don't write again, you won't hear from us again.
