Frequently asked questions about plans and payments
- Does Nayra take a commission on what I sell to my clients?
- No. You pay your plan's monthly fee and that's where it ends. There's no percentage per gallery delivered, per extra photo or per session charged. If you charge a client $400, that $400 is yours: the money from your sessions never passes through Nayra, it goes straight to you.
- Can I charge my clients by bank transfer, in cash or in partial payments?
- Yes, and it's how most of the photographers using Nayra work. You agree and receive the payment however you prefer; once you consider it confirmed, you generate the download code and hand over the originals. In Finance you log every payment —deposits, balances, one-off sales— and Nayra keeps track of what's still owed on each session; WhatsApp payment reminders are still under construction.
- How do I pay for my plan, and in what currency?
- Prices are in US dollars and the subscription is charged to a card through Stripe. Your bank converts to your local currency at the day's exchange rate. You can pay monthly or annually, and paying annually lowers the monthly price.
- What happens to my galleries if I stay on the Free plan?
- The Free plan includes 10GB and unlimited galleries, but each gallery lives for 90 days from the day you create it and then expires, so your client can no longer open it. On any paid plan, galleries don't expire. That's the real difference between trying Nayra and using it as your delivery tool.
- Can I upload RAW files so my client picks before I edit?
- Yes, from the Esencial plan. Create the gallery in "The client picks before you edit" mode and upload the RAW files straight from the camera (CR2, CR3, NEF, NRW, ARW, RAF, DNG, ORF, RW2 and PEF). Your client sees a watermarked proof of each one, picks, and you download only the selected RAW files to edit. When you upload the finals they're matched by file name and delivered with the download code. RAW files delete themselves 30 days after delivery, so they don't eat your storage forever.
- Can I customize how my galleries look?
- Yes. On every plan you pick the template —Classic, Editorial or Minimal— and the background —white, ivory or dark—, with a live preview before saving. From the Esencial plan you add your accent color and your logo in the gallery's top bar, in place of Nayra's. Set it once in Settings and every new gallery comes out that way; if one session calls for something else, change it on that gallery alone.
- Can I cancel or change plan whenever I want?
- Yes. You cancel from the billing portal, with no calls and no explanations, and you keep your plan until the end of the period you already paid for; after that the account returns to the Free plan and its limits. If you cancel within 14 days of your first payment, we refund it in full.
- Does the price go up when the features marked «Coming soon» turn on?
- Not for your account. The benefits listed in your plan turn on at the price you're already paying, as they become ready. If list prices ever change, we'll tell you first, and you can always cancel with no penalty.
