The problem: you send a file link and that's where your control ends

You upload the session to a file service, send the link over WhatsApp, and from that moment on you know nothing more. The link gets forwarded to the whole family, it expires on exactly the day your client decides to open it, and the photos go out without a single mark saying they're yours. And if the payment isn't complete yet, your client already has the full-resolution originals saved on their phone: all you have left to collect the balance is nagging.

The selection reaches you as screenshots, voice notes and numbers that don't match your file names. A good share of sessions are paid by bank transfer, in cash, or in two or three instalments. If you hand over the files before the payment is complete, your only recourse for the balance is the other person's goodwill. And if you decide to hold the delivery back, you end up sending loose files by hand every time a deposit is confirmed, with the risk of sending the wrong folder.

The deposit came by bank transfer, the balance was paid in cash on the day of the session, and the enlargement was charged two weeks later. That trail ends up spread across the chat, the banking app and a notebook.
